1. Can I receive an order confirmation?
After completing your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with purchase information.
2. How do I track my order?
Once we start packing and processing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number, shipping details and online tracking of your package through our customer support channels. All your inquiries about your order will be handled directly by a customer support agent. You can also resolve your concerns through dispute resolution.
Note that it may take 2-5 days to obtain your Tracking Number (TKN). TKN will be activated when your order is ready to be shipped.

3. How long does it take to ship?

All items in the store may take 2 to 5 business days to process. Please add processing time to the shipping estimate below.

We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information.
Remember, you will not be able to cancel or modify your order if it has entered an advanced preparation state.

Sometimes shipping times vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

4. Can I refuse delivery?

Currently, all Paturg products are generally shipped from one of our overseas factories, so please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your purchase, although we have recently found that shipping times are faster. Shipping time usually depends on how long it takes for customs, which can vary by country.

7. How do I cancel my order?

You can only cancel an order within 6 hours of the day of purchase.

Since all our products are not produced in advance, they are produced after your payment is successful, so we hope for your understanding and patience to wait for the delivery of the products. Each of our products follows strict pre-order times, so please contact our customer support department through our Help Center: Check your order processing times in an emergency here.

8. Can I change my order information?

If you realize you made a mistake, just contact us within 9 hours of your purchase date.
If the shipping address is incorrect, but the item is already on the shipment, follow these steps:

Keep an eye on your order with the tracking link
Once your tracking number is active or the item arrives at the Post Office (PO), please contact and provide the PO with your tracking number and request a change of address.
If your order has already been processed or shipped and the address is incorrect, we cannot change the address. For other requests, please contact the support team

9. Can I change my billing address?

Once you place an order, we cannot edit the billing address. Don't worry, as long as the shipping address is correct, you can receive your package.

10. Acceptable Content Guidelines

We want submissions to respect others and the law, so keep that in mind when talking. Hateful, illegal and/or intellectual property infringing content may be reviewed and removed at any time.

– No text or images that violate any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark and privacy/publicity rights.
– Must not contain non-artistic obscene, pornographic or nudity text or images.
– No text or images that encourage or glorify drug use/abuse. There is no excessive violence.
- No defamatory content. Nothing that could reasonably be considered harassing, threatening, or otherwise harmful.
- No hate speech. No content that could reasonably be considered discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or disability.
